The Senior Events Manager will provide support to the Director of Corporate Events at Match Group, and will play a key role in defining our corporate events portfolio and employee experience globally. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders, including our Leadership Teams, Workplace Experience Teams, Human Resources, and Internal Comms to ensure cross-functional alignment on event goals and target outcomes. You will also serve as a strategic thought partner in building or events roadmap, forecasts models, and program budgets on a quarterly basis. In this role, you will:
Work with the Director of Corporate Events to develop and own our internal events roadmap that aligns with business goals for each brand to drive execution and communication cross-functionally Support in planning and executing executive events and employee experiences globally both live and virtual Assist with pre and post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations to assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future events Develop and maintain working relationships with vendors and venues Oversee data and list management related to invite lists, guest lists, travel logistics, vendors and room blocks Work with internal teams to develop event-related collateral Manage and maintain quarterly budgets and track financial spending around events by working with internal stakeholders on annual planning, forecasting, financial reporting, invoicing, with DEI leads to build philanthropic initiatives related to social good, inclusion and giving back to communities of interest Identify opportunities to support inclusion and communities of interest Assist in managing Match Group employee swag program and internal shop with creative leads and brand admins What we're looking for:

years of experience managing virtual events, physical events, and large-scale brand-defining global live experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates t Strong computer literacy with proficiency in working with Google spreadsheets and database management systems Knowledge and experience with online event platforms and tools for digital, live-streamed, and in-person events Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with in-depth knowledge in managing internal and external production teams Ability to create good relationships with event participants and stakeholders Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging Validated leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively, creatively, and cross-functionally Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Innovative and strategic thinker Ability to travel and work flexible hours Able to work independently with minimal direction
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
