Polar Beverages is looking to add a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter or Bilingual HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting.
The position will manage all aspects of the recruiting process for Polar Beverages and Adirondack Beverages.
This is an in-office position, remote work will not be considered
Responsibilities:
Places advertisements in all types of media for open positions for both Polar and Adirondack Works with the ADP requisition/application system Pre-screen applicants in ADP system and by phone Determines qualified applicants by pre-screen interview and applicant responses.
Forwards applications to Managers for their review Works and communicates with all managers for both companies regarding their hiring needs.
In person or phone communication must be done to all hiring managers on a monthly basis.
Provide assistance with the Spanish speaking employees that require assistance with paperwork.
Multitask, able to manage time and be well organized.
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow associates.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting in full life cycle environment.
Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.
Good communication skills, must be organized and work in a fast paced environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
