In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic technology advice and guidance to our clients as well as maintaining the health and operation of their technology infrastructure.
Internally, this position is referred to as the Dedicated Technical Resource (DTR); you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, align technology solutions to their business goals, and ensure that our solutions and services are meeting their needs.
This role is very client facing and will require frequent interaction with customer executives, including operations managers, department heads, and C suite execs to ensure technology and IT service is in lockstep with business growth and changes.
An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the clients' business and technology are necessary to be successful in this position, along with timely execution of client projects, cases and other responsibilities.
Responsibilities Build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted technology advisor and a key component of their business growth Conduct regular technology assessments to identify areas of improvement and build timelines towards achieving these outcomes.
Collaborates with dedicated client team to deliver outstanding customer service Creates, requests, and presents technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new servers, networking equipment and workstations Works with vendors to assist support Must be able to hold your own in a Nerf Battle and dodge nerf darts like Neo Participates in on-call 24/7 support after business hours at least 3 weeks per year Contribute to a fun environment for all involved Execute service tickets, projects and assignments, as needed, for your clients Assists in potential client scoping and assessments Ideal CandidateWell, first, you must love to have fun.
Our ideal candidate would have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to consult with internal IT and C-level employees for our clients.
You will need to know your way around Microsoft Office Suite, because we use those apps for everything.
The ability to multi-task is of the utmost importance, as you will have many clients to juggle.
You should have the ability to work independently, prioritize your work, and manage your time effectively, though we expect you to be a team player as well.
You must have a wide and extensive knowledge in all aspects of IT, and a passion for security and compliance.
Experience supporting various types of infrastructure is a must and extensive M365 would be advantageous in this role.

Ability to multitask, working with many clients Qualifications 8
years of prior IT experience, or 5
years with an IT MSP required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.
) required Hands on experience with wired and wireless networking, PC and server virtualization software, virus protection, backup systems, Windows Server topologies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion Advanced network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience required Ability to work independently, prioritizes existing projects, and proactively determine areas requiring additional attention, monitoring, or maintenance Ability to swat any nerf dart that comes your way Strong documentation, inter-personal, and communication skills Experience with infrastructure design and layouts preferred Hours:
Full Time Salaried Exempt, Monday-Friday Flexible hybrid work schedule with an option to work 2 days from home a week.
Compensation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
