Medical, Dental, Vision PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage Job Details Billing AIA requisitions for contracts Interacting with project managers to determine monthly progress billing Manage timely monthly billing of AIA requisitions for multi-state contracts from beginning to end Revising monthly AIA requisitions as amended by the general contractors Working with estimators/project managers to get the approval of the schedule of values and uploading to the contract Confirming approval of change orders and processing them Billing Time and Material extras on a project and submitting to the general contractor for a change order Reconciling the project for project closeouts Processing partial and final lien waivers Collections of outstanding receivables Working with project managers to get approval for subcontractor requisitions and billing costs on our requisition to the general contractor Keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks
Qualifications:
Experience with AIA requisition billing a preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in construction billing required Experience with strong general accounting office skills Experienced with standard accounting and office software programs such as Windows Office with strong Excel skills.
