Job DescriptionPERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGERLOCATION:
Worcester, MALooking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for a local insurance agency located near Worcester, MAWe are looking for a passionate and experienced licensed insurance professional to analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer serviceAssist in marketing of accounts/risks, review of quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposalsDiscuss policy changes and additions with clientsProcess the policy change through the carrier website or via email communicationUpdate agency management systemProvide assistance with any claimsProcess renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.
QualificationsCollege degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
