Responsibilities:
1Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.2Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.3Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.4Oversee the processing of purchase orders and change orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.5Manage warranty claims and purchasing agreements, ensuring the company's interests are protected.6Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project goals and objectives.8Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in solar projects, commercial solar, and distributed generation.9Oversee operations management within the procurement department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role within the legal industry.3Proven experience in solar projects, commercial solar, and distributed generation.4In-depth knowledge of utilities, materials, vendors, purchase orders, procurement, change orders, operations management, warranty, and purchasing agreements.5Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.6Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8Proficiency in procurement software and related technology.9Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.10Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Interested in hearing more? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
