Description Biocon Biologics USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations to join our Biosimilars Commercial Team.The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations will be responsible for field analytics for the Biosimilars Business Unit for both the US and Canadian markets. They will be an important business partner in the creation and maintenance of field analytics reports by partnering with business stakeholders. Included is also the Presidents Club (P-Club) award trip planning and execution. This role will partner with US Sales and Commercial Excellence leadership.How this role will Contribute:
The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations role will need to demonstrate project management skills and be an effective liaison between the business and the analytics team and vendor partners, such as IQVIA. They will also need to work well independently. As a primary contact to the business and sales leadership, the role will support overall sales analytics reporting, data processing and dashboarding initiatives and strive to provide valuable commercial and field sales insights through data reporting Partner effectively with CRM / Veeva leads within Commercial Excellence on call reporting and field activity analysis Will support Sales operations special projects and initiatives, while overseeing day-to-day sales operations team effectiveness Supports Sales Force Effectiveness Initiatives with CRM and Call Planning Analyst as well as Sales Data Analytics Sr. Analysts Support Incentive Compensation analysis as directed by Manager, Sales Operations. Collaborate with external vendor and internal operations analyst / team members to lead successful plan administration of accurate and on-time delivery of incentive compensation payments. Function as subject matter expert on IQVIA data sets and field analytics reporting. Provide periodic training to field sales teams on reports and field analytic initiatives. Support change management projects involving new data integrations, reports, dashboard creation and operations processes. Essential Requirements BA/BS degree required 2-3
years of pharmaceutical industry experience required Experience working with IQVIA or similar data sets focused on pharma products required Project management experience required Expert-level Excel skillsets, including pivot table and flat-file data processing required Desired Requirements Relevant graduate degree preferred POWER BI, IQ20/20 or Tableau data dashboarding experience preferred Alteryx data processing experience preferred 2-3
years of Incentive Compensation / Sales Operations / Analytics / Call Planning reporting or vendor/consultant company servicing pharma industry preferred About Us:
