Job Description:
TITLE : Assistant Clinical Coordinator/Worcester State University Speech-Language-Hearing Center
DEPARTMENT : Communication Sciences & Disorders Department
SUPERVISOR : Director, Worcester State University Speech-Language-Hearing Center
SSTA APPROVER : Director, Worcester State University Speech-Language-Hearing Center
SCHEDULE : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
HOURLY PAY RATE : $18/hr
General Statement of Duties: Administrative duties related to the daily operation of the WSU Speech-Language-Hearing Center
Responsibilities :
1. Attend and record minutes at Department, Clinic Committee, and Retreat Meetings
2. Coordinate copying, disseminating, and filing clinic reports
3. Coordinate, distribute, and generate reports for consumer satisfaction surveys
4. Coordinate, distribute, and generate reports for case manager (on-campus) and supervisor (off-campus) evaluations
5. Remind clients by telephone of their appointments in the Center
6. Update Facebook page
7. Create and post bulletin boards
8. Prepare and mail correspondence for scheduling follow up appointments in Hearing Clinic
9. Attend Health Fairs / Coordination and Representation
10. Update waiting lists
11. Coordinate outreach and marketing for Hearing Clinic
12. Respond to inquiries and requests for information
13. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Required Qualifications :
1. A minimum of an Associate's degree
2. Experience with Word and Excel
3. Ability to protect confidential information
4. Ability to follow oral and written directions
5. Ability to deal tactfully with others
6. Ability to use proper English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
7. Ability to be organized and function efficiently in a fast paced environment

This is a part-time, non-benefited, hourly position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
