Principal IT Business Analyst (REMOTE OR MA BASED)

Our HTG Specialty IT Team is currently seeking an Principal IT Business Analyst in our MA or remote location.
This is a full time, exempt role.
POSITION Overview:
Reporting to a Program Director within Specialty Lines, the Principal IT Business Analyst will be a hands-on working manager, leading BA s and delivering as a BA for the most critical and high complexity projects.
Principal Business Analyst is part of matrixed Business Analyst community and is involved in overall success of BA s across organization, process improvement initiatives and overall drive the maturity of the BA skillset.
You are expected to help drive Agile adoption and look for opportunities in implementation of most effective business analysis approaches to support business and technology.
You will work closely with PMO, Dev and QA resources to help drive efforts forward and remove hurdles.
Strong organizational and collaboration skillsets required.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
In this role, a successful Principal IT Business Analyst will have an inquisitive mindset, strong technical background, and solid understanding of insurance industry.
Principal IT Business Analyst are expected to be a strategic partner to our business and lead by example.
You may be called upon to help with BAT (Business Acceptance Testing), production validations, approvals, and sign offs.
Perform work across multiple initiatives and processes with an understanding of the impacts and dependencies at an Enterprise level.
Perform work in support of processes that include integrated business/technical solutions that span across departments, lines of business, and/or products.
On the most complex programs/initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert; plans, drives, completes deliverables; manages team members.
Consulting:
Use professional or technical expertise to advise, intervene, and/or influence a customer or internal partner to provide effective and creative solutions, synthesizes facts, trends, inferences, and key issues and/or themes in complex situations.
Systems Knowledge:
Maintain and apply specific knowledge of information systems elements and their application to developing solutions for business functions/processes.
Analytical Thinking:
Apply diagnostic fundamentals and techniques to resolve problems or issues (e.
g.
, separating a complex whole into its parts or elements to resolve problems or issues), Understands linear relationships and linkages between components.
Gathers, complies and synthesizes data and takes appropriate actions.

Understands and applies best practice methodologiesWHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5
years of people-leadership required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
