This is a consistent per diem opportunity for a Physical Therapist to perform treatments, evaluations, and re-evaluations in group homes and residential settings in Worcester and the surrounding area.

  • Base rate:
    Up to $140/visit
  • Mileage reimbursement:
    .62/mile
Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
