Shall drive continuous improvement efforts and constant operational transformation using LEAN, six sigma, statistical process control, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other advanced tools for Low Volume High Complexity cellular Manufacturing operation involving machining, fabrication, assembly and testing.
Shall:
Conduct statistical analysis and provide objective performance feedback.
Mentor, coach, counsel.
Identify and track key production variables.
Guide the design, development and implementation of cost reduction plans.
Review and measure manufacturing methods, technology application and workflow processes and apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
