Global firm with headquarters in MA seeks Salesforce Systems Analyst/Systems Administrator to work on the design, implementation, integration and support of company's Salesforce and related CRM systems. This position involves systems administration of SF as well analysis, coordination, implementation, reporting and extensive data analysis/mapping of the Salesforce based applications and integration with other ERP systems, MS Dynamics Navision
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Salesforce, Force.com is required, at least as a power user'.
- Practical knowledge in importing/leveraging/mapping data for use in spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
- Experience with SQL, report writing tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project.
- Hands-on experience in understanding of project planning, coordination, reviews, implementation and delivery.
- Ability to work in a globally distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
