Machine Operators
Responsibilities:
o Operate, maintenance and clean all production equipment
o Disassemble, clean, and reassemble various processing equipment using the necessary tools.
o Set up, calibrate, and run mixing and compounding equipment according to Process Run Sheets and collect report data as required.
o Extrusion
o Complete all required paperwork for the production order.
o Complete changeovers within Change Over Standards.
o Assist other Technicians as needed
o Report any processing issues and maintenance items that affect processing or plant safety.
o Operates Forklift
o Clean and maintain production area.
o Responsible for meeting production goals for Quality, OEE, First Pass Yield, Scrap, Reject and Throughput
o Adjusts controls as necessary to maximize and streamline process with Quality Control Specifications.
o Follow setup and processing procedures including required equipment changes.
o Has the responsibility to comply to, and report any violations of the Corporate Governance System (CGS)
Note: Other duties and responsibilities performed as assigned.
Education/
Experience:
o The candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D
o Mechanically inclined (Preventive Maintenance Changeovers), Problem solving techniques, Computer literacyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
