Parts Sales Administrator

o Upon receiving a customer inquiry, provide quotations in a timely manner using QuickBooks
o Follow-up weekly on outstanding quotations and update the system accordingly.
o Process purchase orders from customers including providing a sales order confirmation to the customer
o Checking that all information regarding pricing, delivery dates, mode of shipment, payment and delivery terms are accurate
o Placing PO's with vendors & suppliers for the processed sales orders, and shipping and receiving the ordered parts.
o Review Open Sales Order report weekly and keep customers up-to-date on the progress of the service they are receiving/changes that affect them.
o Update pricing basis of spare parts in the QuickBooks
o Follow up with clients during and after delivery of services to ensure that their needs have been met.
o Ensure service is provided to clients during critical periods.
o Replenish stock levels as needed based on past purchasing history, and revise set stocking levels in QuickBooks
o Work on ongoing development of a strong local manufacturing base for spare part manufacture.
o Work closely with our vendors to provide our customers best value & service.
o Complete tasks/projects as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
o Good computer skills
o Good mechanical aptitude
o Able to interpret blueprints and have knowledge of drafting practices
o QuickBooks knowledge a plus but not required
o Customer service & team oriented
o Spare parts / steel industry experience preferred
o Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate a forklift
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
