A Heavy Equipment Sales and Service leader is hiring Territory Sales Representatives for our Greater Boston/Central MA/Western MA territories.

Is a well-established Heavy Equipment dealer servicing the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada. Our product line includes but is not limited to Link-Belt Excavators, Kawasaki Wheel Loaders and Takeuchi Compact Equipment. We have a history of success in a highly competitive and challenging market.
OPPORTUNITY:
As a Territory Sales Representative for the Greater Boston/ Central MA/Western MA market, you will develop new accounts to expand our market reach by targeting the Construction/Contracting and Scrap & Recycling sectors. You will nurture relationships with existing customers while developing new business through cold-canvassing, networking and referral generation. This territory is largely untapped and presents tremendous opportunity for the right candidate. Your determined work ethic, ambition, self-motivation and initiative will translate into sales success and monetary rewards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Meet or exceed all sales goals
o Develop and grow new direct accounts
o Perform disciplined prospecting and track activity in Salesforce or other CRM.
o Qualify, control sales process and close sales.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
o 3
years of outside sales experience.
o Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas.
o Value based sales skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Disciplined energy to work your territory and achieve sales results.
o Competitive, confident and assertive with a strong work ethic.
o Ambitious and driven to achieve results.
COMPENSATION &
Benefits:
Your sales talents will be rewarded with a competitive compensation plan including base salary and commission plan. You will also receive a generous benefits package including medical, 401(k), vacation and holidays.
