Your mission will be to act as a consultant to digital advertising customers, developing multi-part tailored solutions from their broad portfolio of products, and helping them meet their advertising goals.

Description of Job Functions:
o Dynamically lead and motivate a small (but growing) team of multi -platform Account Executives to achieve goals and develop exceptional sales acumen o Develop strategic plans and execute on revenue and performance commitments o Establish, manage, and maintain a pipeline of accounts individually and with sales staff o Utilize internal and external intelligence to develop and implement new products/packaging that generates revenue o Provide superior account service, bottom line results, execution, prospect management, strategic targeting, and data-driven analysis for all advertising sales initiatives including budgeting o Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts o Provide ongoing in-field training including prospecting, client calls, proposal development, closing business and account management o Work with B2B marketing department on developing and measuring lead generation via marketing events or online Just as important as your hard skills, will be the following competencies and characteristics:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
