Sales Representative
Are you an outside, B2B sales representative with a couple years of experience who is ready to take on your next big challenge? Our client, a progressive consumer product manufacturer is looking for a field rep for a territory that covers Central and Western Mass. Essential Functions:
Responsible for all sales related functions
Develop business relationships with department and store manager
Preserve and improve client orders by performing regular store visits; sales personnel training; provide display recommendations; POP updates; clinic presentations; and implementing sales promotions and incentives
Development of time management and priority selling skills is essential for improvement of productivity and call efficiency
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achievement of sales, expense, transactional quality goals
Maintenance of quality business relationships with key customers
Executing marketing programs and promotions
Participation in promotional events
POP and display updates
In-store training, clinics, and promotions assistance for customer's sales staff
Mediation of service and warranty issues
Territory activity reporting
Following the company policies and procedures in performing responsibilities of job
Maintaining and promoting a team spirit among all company personnel
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelors Degree
At least two years of experience in B2B product sales sales with YOY growth.
Proven track record of account and relationship development
High level of drive and energy; self-motivated
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft windows based applications
Must have valid license and no record of previous suspensions/revocations within the last 3 years
Cannot have any vehicular offenses that resulted in a criminal conviction or more than 3 moving violations in the last year
Candidate will work from a home office and should be based out of Worcester or Springfield. Excellent opportunity for advancement within this organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
